Constructed from solid steel with a total length of 94–105mm, this chisel ensures durability and precision. The 3mm spacing version has 10mm long, 1.5mm wide prongs (recommended for 0.35–0.55mm thread), while the 4mm spacing version has 10mm long, 2mm wide prongs (recommended for 0.45–0.77mm thread). Ergonomically designed with a non-slip patterned handle for comfortable and stable during use. The teeth are meticulously polished to protect leather hole integrity and ensure effortless insertion and removal. Please note: Due to hand-polishing, prong spacing may have a slight deviation of 0.2–0.5mm, which does not affect functionality. Minor steel cutting lines may be visible on the tool, as shown in product images. For optimal performance, use with a soft pad or poly board to protect the teeth. Always strike perpendicularly with a plastic or nylon hammer and avoid side-to-side movement during removal to prevent prong damage. Apply a light coat of oil and use a protective sleeve for storage.
